Shubh Lagna shall act on the basis of the information that has or may be
submitted by you and believing the same to be true and accurate even if the information is
provided by your family, friends or relatives on your behalf under your consent.
Shubh Lagna is under no obligation to verify and confirm the accuracy or
genuineness of the information submitted by you or them. You represent that you have the
right, authority and capability to enter into the Agreement and that you are neither
prohibited or disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.
By visiting our website and proceeding further with us means you have gone through the
Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If at any time Shubh Lagna
has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or believing that you
have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, then we i.e. Shubh Lagna
reserves the full right to terminate or cancel your membership and/or your right to use the
services of Shubh Lagna without any refund of any amount paid which has been
to Shubh Lagna.
This Agreement will remain in complete full force and effect while you use the website and/
or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by
following the instructions on our contact us, or upon receipt by Shubh Lagna of
your written or email notice of termination. We may terminate your membership for any
reason, effective upon sending notice/sms/WhatsApp to you at the contact details you have
provided in your application for membership. If Shubh Lagna terminates your
membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any
refund of any unused Subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain
provisions will remain in effect including sections 04, 05, 07, 09 -14, inclusive, of this
agreement.
Acceptance of your profile on Shubh Lagna is at sole discretion and decision of
Shubh Lagna and we reserves its right to accept or remove your profile without
any reason or intimation.
If you choose to terminate or cancel your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE
NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your membership in the
Shubh Lagna service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others
to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other
person or entity. Violation to this condition will lead to removal of your profile from
Shubh Lagna without any refund or notice.
All payments are final. We do not offer any Free Look-up Period as per the following
policy:
Any request send on subsequent dates after the payment from clients would not be
entertained. After client agree to pay and join our services, no refunds will be given on any
conditions. Client have paid after having a discussion with our team without any force or
pressure from Shubh Lagna. The client has paid after agreeing to our terms &
conditions and in any case no refunds will be given even if clamied by client's financial
institution. Before joining our services please read the terms & conditions carefully. Client
is making a payment means he/she is accepting our terms & conditions. Also client's are
requested not to make payment if he/she is not accepting the all the terms & conditions. We
do not guarantee to make a perfect match or guaranteed match for you as we don't
investigate or cross check the details provided by the members/clients. Also we never
commit 100% result or return so do not expect that. Also for any queries client can send

All disputes, differences and questions of any nature which at any time arise between the
parties to this agreement out of the construction of or concerning anything contained in or
arising out of this agreement or as to the rights, duties or liabilities under it or the parties to
it shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996.
The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by Shubh Lagna and the Arbitration
Proceedings shall be held at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) India. The Place of Arbitration will
be at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) India. The laws prevailing in India Shall alone apply to the
Arbitration Proceedings between the parties.
